- With over 15 years of leadership experience, Chrissy specializes in building and transforming customer-focused contact and support centers, always grounded in a philosophy of leading with love.
- At Groundswell, Chrissy’s work focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers and communities.
- She has successfully established Community Advisory Councils to help shape programs and leads the Customer Journey for Groundswell’s internal initiatives and the DC Solar for All program.
- Chrissy views each day as an opportunity to serve with joy, supporting community members in need and contributing to the positive impact Groundswell delivers to more than 7,800 customers.
