• Ruslan Falkov is an entrepreneur and international relations expert with a strong background in diplomacy and business.
• He has held key roles in the Ukrainian government, including Chief of Staff at the Embassy of Ukraine in Washington, DC, and Assistant to the President of Ukraine.
• He co-founded and manages successful Ukrainian restaurants in DC and Maryland and serves as Director of the Ukraine House DC Foundation.
• With degrees in International Relations from Kyiv International University, he has also received awards from the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
• His publications focus on historical and geopolitical topics.
