Carol is a dedicated educator and community advocate with over 20 years of experience in Montgomery County. She is the Executive Director of the Personal Care Foundation, a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hygiene items to those in need. Under her leadership, the Foundation has expanded its reach, distributing thousands of care packages annually to survivors of domestic violence, homeless individuals, and others facing hardship. Through partnerships with local organizations and businesses, Carol ensures that the Foundation continues to grow its impact, offering dignity and support to the most vulnerable in the community. When she’s not driving the Foundation’s mission forward, Carol loves to travel as often as she can, immersing herself in new cultures and experiences. She also enjoys listening to live music, with a particular passion for jazz and opera, which fuel her creativity and connection to the arts.
