Shuko Yoshikami talks about "Heart Mountain " 11/05
He co-discovered how the eye turns images cast on the retina into visual cognition. Wharton Club members and guests are invited!
Shuko Yoshikami is a Past President of the B-CC Rotary Club. As a Scientist, he co-discovered how the eye turns images cast on the retina into visual cognition.
Shuko and his family were incarcerated at Heart Mountain, Wyoming when he was 4 years old. He brought his family back for the first time for a 2024 pilgrimage at the end of July. Inspired by his trip to Heart Mountain, Shuko will share his thoughts on how 110,000 citizens were incarcerated and denied their Constitutional Rights from 1942 to 1945.
