Andy Fraser is deeply rooted in community engagement. Raised in Montgomery County, he developed strong ties to his community through local education, including beginning his studies at Montgomery College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Baltimore. Outside of his career, Chamber duties, and Rotary, he passionately pursues hobbies such as swimming, biking, hiking, and exploring sustainable transportation. This week Andy will discuss one of his true passions - electric vehicles. He will answer questions about EV ownership from purchasing to ownership questions such as charging, range, and infrastructure.
