James R. Sisco leads ENODO Global Inc. as its founder and CEO following a distinguished 23-year military career as a Reconnaissance Marine and Naval Intelligence Officer where he served in Operation Desert Storm and three tours in Operation Enduing Freedom. Highlights of Jim’s military service include graduating Honor Graduate from Marine Corps Recruit Training, receiving the Commandant’s trophy as the top national graduate from Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, participating in reconnaissance missions in Operation Desert Storm, supporting strike missions shortly after 9-11 onboard the USS John F. Kennedy, serving as the military liaison to Afghanistan’s President Hamid Karzai, leading Taliban reintegration missions for International Assistance Force-Afghanistan, and advising the Director of U.S. National Intelligence on Middle East policy issues.

He is Best Selling author recognized internationally with publications in Foreign Policy, Business Insider, Small Wars Journal, Oil & Gas Financial Journal, and classified and unclassified government reports.
