Dr. Zeshan K. Ahmad is an assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Department of Cardiology. He is a board certified cardiologist at Johns Hopkins Medicine specializing in electrophysiology. The study of heart arrhythmias and cardiac rhythm disorders and their treatments. Dr. Ahmad focuses on the holistic treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation and has published several journal articles on the subject. He received his medical degree from the University of Toledo and completed his residency at the University of Arizona, Phoenix. Dr. Ahmad then completed fellowships at the University of Arizona at Phoenix in Cardiology and the University of Texas at Houston in Electrophysiology.
