Parnes, Allen prepare to discuss 'Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency'

Amie Parnes, senior correspondent for The Hill, and Jonathan Allen a senior political analyst for NBC News, plan to discuss their book, Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won The Presidency, at a National Press Club Headliners Virtual Book Rap at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 10.

Parnes and Allen's dogged reporting goes behind the scenes to explain how Biden's campaign almost failed then recovered through a string of game-changing breaks.
