Ken Kraetzer Interviews Mario Rosellini

Click here to see Ken Kraetzer's video interview* with Mario Rosellini (left), former Chase Manhattan Vice President and Insurance Division executive, discussing highlights of his 40-year career at Chase Bank.

In the interview, Rosellini describes the many departments he worked with and such notable projects as helping the Chenery family protect investments in the great race horses Riva Ridge and Secretariat. He received a Presidential Award for helping solve a challenging loan, built insurance businesses in areas such as credit cards domestically and also overseas in places like Hong Kong and Bermuda.

Rosellini talks about the family atmosphere that characterized the Chase Bank culture, epitomized by colleagues from David Rockefeller to the Insurance and Risk Management team to young staff he mentored.

Post-Chase, Rosellini has been active leading efforts for the Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ, the Lions Club–helping visually impaired children–and his alma mater, Seton Hall University.

About his career, he said, "No matter where you went and traveled to, Chase was a respected name. I couldn't have thought of a better place to work, if I had to do it all over again. I'd say how lucky I was that I got to work with a company like Chase and meet the people that I got to know at Chase."
